The exterior showcases majestic columns, decorative plaster elements, and expansive windows, seamlessly tied to its surrounding gardens — landscaped with Arabic palm trees and carefully chosen greenery inspired by both local traditions and European aristocratic estates.
Inside, the interiors unfold in layers of opulence, defined by a striking interplay of yellow and blue — complementary hues that sit opposite each other on the color wheel. Blue evokes calm, stability, and prestige, while yellow conveys warmth, vitality, and optimism. Together, they create a regal yet welcoming atmosphere.
